Queridos, comprando os eBooks do Clube de Leitura dos Poetas, vocês, além de ler poesias autorais, minhas e do Marcelo Bernardo, ajuda na nossa luta contra injustiças. Quem acompanha o nossos trabalho e trajetória, lê nossas postagens, sabe que Marcelo está sendo vítima, há anos, de uma perseguição empreendida, infelizmente, por familiares dele, que reuniram pessoas que nem eu, nem Marcelo, gostaríamos e precisaríamos saber da existência. Pessoas que ocupam cargos públicos (envolvidas no inventário do pai do Marcelo, falecido em julho de 2000 /Processo 0014271-09.2000.8.19.0002 (2000.002.013648-0 9ª Vara Cível Niterói/ RJ.), pessoas ligadas a sindicato, dezenas de empresas que ocupam, alugam, anunciam publicamente, inclusive na Net, captando recursos públicos, pessoas investigadas pelo MPRJ por desvios e fraudes em Programa da PETROBRAS, gente que está sublocando aos auspícios de familiares já divulgados e denunciados por Marcelo e por mim, com provas, o andar comercial de propriedade do Marcelo, herança do pai, todos os irmãos e mãe/inventariante já tendo desde o início a posse e usufrutos dos bens e suas partes herdadas, e não obstante, o que ficou para Marcelo além de não lhe ser entregue, usufruem, alugam, sublocam, "recebem" valores e deixam dívidas de condomínio, IPTU, etc,. Lembrando que o imóvel está no nome do Marcelo, que é impedido de acessar e tomar posse do que lhe pertence, tendo que arcar com altas custas judiciais, etc, apesar das provas, e danos e prejuízos irreparáveis pertinentes a esta perseguição e furtos, os processos são caros, morosos e vivem num eterno ping pong, retrocedendo e esperando sempre os feriados e recessos, quem sabe na expectativa de que as ameaças que eu e Marcelo sofremos por parte de quem usufrui e ocupa o imóvel, se concretizem.
OAB, MP, CNJ, ALERJ, ALESP, TJRJ, Nur (vários), etc, todos receberam nossas denúncias explicando inclusive o ocorrido com a denúncia da inocente no I Conselho Tutelar de Niterói em julho de 2011, que só foi investigado pelo pai (Marcelo), apesar dos minuciosos detalhes ditos (própria voz e pessoalmente), pela criança. Os detalhes, nomes e lugares foram confirmados pelo pai, que não vê a filha desde 16 de agosto de 2011, quando ela foi levada da nossa casa, da maneira que todos viram no vídeo já divulgado por Marcelo.
O país foi roubado, sabemos disso, acompanhamos as notícias, todos sofremos as consequências, mas o povo todo se reuniu, junto com lideranças e profissionais importantes, representantes de vários segmentos da Sociedade, do legislativo e Judiciário, para defender o país. Eu e Marcelo empreendemos essa luta dura, injusta, árdua, sozinhos. Temos alguns familiares meus ( que também experimentam os reflexos e perseguições por nos ajudarem) e amigos, solidários e também indignados e perplexos com o aparente descaso e morosidade. No entanto, prosseguimos, de pé, legalmente, ordeira e firmemente, tendo que fazer o que talvez nem fosse necessário ou da nossa competência, se o Judiciário cumprisse o seu papel. Não porque somos escritores ou especiais, mas porque reunimos documentos e temos razão, somos cidadãos brasileiros também, como qualquer um.
Ainda assim, continuamos escrevendo, produzindo arte, promovendo cultura, acreditando em Deus e na força da Verdade e do Bem.
Temos muitos projetos, planos, sonhos. Vamos realizando todos, juntos, apesar das perseguições imorais e vis, de gente que se reúne em quadrilha para roubar, intimidar, ameaçar e corromper. Entenda, vão sempre nos encontrar juntos e lutando de forma legal e firme. Nunca em silêncio, nunca desistindo de ser quem somos.

We are together, despite the immoral and vile r the pursuit of criminals. People who gather in gang to steal, intimidate, threaten and corrupt.
